Wirewolf is the alter-ego personality of Ty Parsec when he is bitten by NOS-4-A2 and affected by the radiation of Canis Lunis's moon. He appears in a total of three episodes and is voiced by Steve Hytner.

Physical Appearance

Clad in a chrome-like metal with hot-blue accents, the Wirewolf is a very eye-catching anomaly. It can leap and bound on all fours or stand upright like a bipedal creature. Its claws are very sharp, with its tail tapered off into an equally sharp bit, and its teeth are downright lethal. The most noticeable trait would have to be its luminous, bright red eyes along with the azure "facial hair" upon its snarling muzzle.

It interestingly has blue fins upon its back, perhaps for design, and its voice is uniquely dual-toned with mechanical and organic bits.

History

Wirewolf first comes into being when Ty Parsec is bitten by the energy vampire, NOS-4-A2, and then doused in radioactive moonlight. From there, the Wirewolf reeks havoc upon the research facility and it takes nearly all of Team Lightyear to stop it from eating the robots and threatning the scientists.

Later, Wirewolf is brought out yet again thanks to a fiendish scheme from NOS-4-A2 to turn everyone into wirewolves just so he could feast upon them.

After the last remaining chunk of moon rock is destroyed, the Wirewolf never surfaced again.

Personality

Hostile and vicious, the Wirewolf shows nothing more than typical animal behaviour. It snaps at robots, rips them to shreds, and otherwise acts like a very large, nasty canine. It can show bits of Ty's personality, however, such a the instance where Buzz Lightyear tried to reach out to the former Space Ranger in a heartfelt plea for Lightyear's life.

Abilities

It possesses sharp claws, strong jaws, and extendable cable-like coils to ensnare prey. It is also a fast runner and is quite strong.

It can also speak coherently, but it mostly speaks in a wolf-like fashion.

he shoot people like jango its cool

Quotes

  • "Buzz..." (his sinister expression changes to one of concern and surprise, blinks)

Trivia

The name wirewolf is, needless to say, a pun on the word "werewolf".

It is noteworthy to point out that the wirewolf looks similar to Oki, a character from the video game Okami, both in his human form and wolf form[1].
