Smoltz

Smoltz is a male member of Madame President's species. He uses his position as an aide to Madame President to manipulate the situation to benefit Evil Emperor Zurg, since he also works as a Zurg spy. He purposely chooses Ranger Mira Nova as Madame President's security detail for her vacation because Zurg knows he can beat the princess. When they crash land on planet Karn he insists on trying to use the flare, radio, and phone to sent a distress signal as a means of rescue, however, secretly he is trying to make a signal that Zurg can track so he can capture the President.
