"Return to Karn" is the fifty-seventh episode of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. It first aired on December 2, 2000 on ABC.
Overview[]
While on vacation, the president of the Galactic Alliance is attacked by Zurg and forced to crash land on Karn. Mira, in charge of the president's security, has to keep Madame President and her chief of staff Smoltz alive long enough to be rescued, while avoiding Zurg's patrols. Meanwhile, Team Lightyear arrives on Karn and teams up with Ozma Furbanna to find them.

Trivia[]
- The pen Zurg uses to sign the form given to him by one of the Grubs is the same as the pen-like triggering device seen in "Stress Test".
Errors[]
- Zurg's chest is purple in one shot instead of silver. Shortly afterwards, though his chest is corrected, his waist becomes purple instead of black.
