Disney Adventures: August 2000 cover.
Disney Adventures was a monthly magazine originally published in the United States by Disney Publishing Worldwide. It featured original comics, as well as activities and articles about popular movies, TV shows and video games from Disney and other companies. It ran from 1990 to 2007 for a total of 17 years, and several issues have been collected into volumes over the years.
Five Buzz Lightyear of Star Command comics in total were printed in Disney Adventures.
The August 2000 issue was the first issue to publish a comic, as well as feature a a cover story about the show, with several pages of information such as character profiles. It was first released on July 11, 2000,[1] nearly a month before The Adventure Begins was released direct-to-video for the first time.
